The Employee of the Month or "Double Eagle Award" was started to recognize a top performing employee each month for their contribution to company success. The Directors nominate one of their employees whom they feel has gone "above and beyond" for that particular month. Once the nominations are made, the Directors vote on whom they feel deserves to be Employee of the Month. Directors can't vote for their own employee.

The Employee of the Month receives the following:

• $50 Gift Card

• Personal Letter from Mr. Orthwein

• Certificate of Achievement

• Reserved Parking Spot

Any employee who wins the Employee of the Month more than once in a calendar year will receive one or more of the following:  

•  $50 Gift Card

• Gift Certificate for a dinner for two

• 2 tickets to a sporting event (football, basketball, hockey, etc.)

• 2 tickets to a concert event

The Employee of the Month also gets communicated on the monitors throughout the building
